          We're tech.co.za, an online retailer of computer hardware and consumer electronics. We' re looking for a Back Office & Purchasing Assistant to join our team. 

          Roles & Responsibilities:

          • Process customer orders accurately and on time
          • Handle purchasing and place orders with suppliers
          • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with our courier partners
          • Manage RMAs (returns and warranty claims) for both clients and suppliers

           

Required Skills

  • Computer Hardware: 2 to 3 years

Candidate Requirements

          Experience:

          • At least 2 years’ relevant work experience

          Skills:

          • A reliable, can-do attitude
          • Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal.
          • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
          • Comfortable juggling several tasks and communicating with customers, suppliers, and couriers
          • Familiarity with order-processing or ERP systems is a plus
          • A high level of computer hardware knowledge is a plus
