A leading fuel and convenience retail group is seeking experienced Fuel Station Managers to oversee daily branch operations, drive sales performance, manage staff, maintain stock control, and ensure exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving financial targets, implementing operational controls, and ensuring compliance with company policies and retail standards.

Requirements:

National Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 4 years' retail experience in a management role
Proven experience managing sales, staff, stock control, and branch operations
Strong financial, budgeting, and reporting skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail operating systems
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience driving sales growth and achieving profitability targets
Knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliations, and operational compliance
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and lead high-performing teams
