A leading property management organisation is seeking an experienced and driven Portfolio Manager to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a property professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of community scheme and sectional title management.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✅ Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in sectional title, HOA, or property portfolio management.
✅ Solid understanding of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act (STSMA), CSOS regulations, and relevant property legislation.
✅ Experience managing trustees, committees, and stakeholder relationships.
✅ Strong financial acumen with exposure to budgeting and financial reporting.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
✅ Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
