💼 Purpose

The Business Analyst is responsible for driving complex analysis, process optimisation, and operational improvements across the business.

This role plays a critical part in enhancing business efficiency, decision-making, and strategic alignment.

🔍 Key Responsibility Areas

• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and validation for large-scale initiatives
• Conduct in-depth business process reviews, identifying risks and improvement opportunities
• Develop innovative, practical solutions to enhance operational performance
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Create detailed documentation, models, and reports to support business decisions

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Required:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
✔ Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Business Analysis
✔ Strong experience in process analysis and business optimisation
✔ Advanced skills in SQL, BPMN, and analysis tools

Advantageous:
• Professional certifications such as CBAP
