- Relevant technical qualification with a trade test where applicable, accompanied by a minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience.
- Fluency in English (written and oral).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM platforms.
- Proven ability to interpret and translate complex customer drawings and technical specifications, specifically within the product portfolio.
- Strong understanding of process and automation instrumentation (advantageous).
- High level of precision in analysing technical requirements and preparing technical documentation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and professionally.

- Supports on-site technical and commercial pricing to outdoor sales activities

- Increases the local market share of the product by promotion of new offerings, marketing campaigns, and product launches aligned with global PM
- Identifies best supply chain channels to ensure price competitiveness and/or profitability
- Supports or provides by application engineering and supports IR-Request and Product Modification Process
- Prospects, develops and executes strategic accounts in a segment in alignment with MSM business plan
- Leads all local marketing activities (Price, Product, Placement, Promotion) and market penetration with respective market segment aligned with global MSM and local marketing team
- Analyses, follows and foresees application trends in the segment
- Generates visit reports (customers) to sales managers and MSM/PM
- Leads and supports the segment growth through the sales force by example, training and coaching identifying
- Participates in global network to ensure a coordinated development of the segment
- Develops and implements account plans and approaches in line with the overall strategy formulated by the Sub director FMM
- Responsible for the assigned area in the Special Sales Force regarding revenue, strategy & execute the defined strategy
- Provides professional and exceptional client service in all interactions with clients
- Identifies and generates new business opportunities
- Responsible for opportunities funnel, hit ratio and profitability
- Implements agreed price strategy of sub region SFF frame agreements and avoiding internal price competition
- Work on projects in co-operation with Global Key account & Sales Excellence
- Leads 'easy to deal with' optimization in consultation with the customer and the supply Chain
- Identify the customers future need and issues to provide the right solutions
- Cooperation during introduction of new solution
- Read, analyse, and interpret complex technical specifications to ensure accurate understanding of application requirements and materials.
- Provide pre‑ and post‑sales technical support, acting as an internal reference for resolving technical questions and clarifying application details.
- Work closely with internal and external sales to validate technical details of enquiries and orders.
