The role entails leading technical design and development of machinery and plant components, ensuring accurate, compliant, and production-ready designs. You will oversee CAD modelling, manage drawing control and design standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reduce downtime.

Candidate Requirements

Job Requirements:

§ Matric and a BTech/BEng Mechanical Engineering Degree

§ Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position (within manufacturing)

§ Strong knowledge of mechanical design, CAD modelling, drawing control, and moving/conveying machinery

§ Proficiency in CAD software and MS Office
