You will be provided with formal, ongoing in-house training through our best of the breed Academy, Liberty or other registered Educational Institutions. You will also complete the prescribed Regulatory exams and obtain accreditation with the Financial Services Regulatory authority with our assistance, as part of continuous professional development and your learning journey.

What You'll Do

ü Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

ü Help individuals and families achieve their financial goals

ü Identify client needs and recommend tailored financial solutions

ü Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting

ü Conduct regular financial reviews and provide ongoing support

ü Manage and grow your own client portfolio

ü Achieve agreed performance and sales targets

ü Maintain professional and ethical standards in all client interactions

Candidate Requirements

What We're Looking For

ü Grade 12 / Matric (essential)

ü Own reliable transport and a valid driver's licence (non-negotiable)

ü Strong communication and relationship-building skills

ü Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented

ü Professional, resilient, and willing to learn

ü Previous sales or client-facing experience is advantageous but not essential

ü Relevant tertiary qualification is beneficial

ü A minimum of 2 years work experience

ü Must be a South African Citizen or South African Permanent Resident
