Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales budgets, profitability targets, and growth objectives.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
- Develop long-term partnerships with customers and decision-makers.
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, tenders, and pricing proposals.
- Analyse customer requirements and provide practical commercial solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Work closely with operations, logistics, finance, and management teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Represent the company professionally at all levels, from site personnel to executive management.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Minimum 10 years' proven B2B sales experience.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing large customer accounts.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Experience selling physical products in a manufacturing, industrial, construction, or related environment.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Sound commercial and business acumen.
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays when required.
