As a Business Systems and Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our business systems, maintaining data integrity across platforms, and delivering meaningful insights that support operational and strategic decision-making. We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.
Manage business systems, data integrity, and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and manage data feeds between Paradigm, Azure databases, and other business systems
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and reporting tools
• Analyse operational and production data to provide actionable business insights
• Create, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of inventory codes and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Support costing accuracy through BOM maintenance and variance analysis
• Coordinate new product setup, code creation, and system integration requirements
• Monitor and manage order processing workflows and resolve system-related issues
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective data and system management
Skills and Requirements:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple processes and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in database management and Business Intelligence tools
• Strong understanding of business systems and operational processes
Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2–3 years' experience in Computer Programming, Data Analysis, or a similar role
• Experience working with SQL databases
• Knowledge of MRP and Business Operating Systems
• Experience with data reporting and dashboard development
