Introduction

Pepkor Lifestyle invites BCom Accounting/Finance graduates with strictly no prior working experience to apply for the Finance Graduate Program. This is the starting point of a structured one - year contract, strictly guided by SAICA experience requirements.

As a Trainee Accountant, your focus will be on Foundations & Operations.

This includes exposure to:

• Financial Accounting: Gaining foundational experience in financial statement preparation, statutory reporting, and asset management.
• Managerial Accounting: Involvement in budgeting, forecasting, and operational cost analysis.
• Other Core Competencies: Beginning your rotational experience across Financial Management, Finance Operations and Finance Reporting.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Completed BCom Graduate degree (Accounting or Financial Accounting focus).
• Experience: Strictly entry-level (no prior related accounting experience required).
  
• Skills & Attributes: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong numerical aptitude, high ethical standards, resilience, and a passion for fast-paced retail.
