Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on property maintenance experience.
- Scope: Proven track record working on both commercial offices and industrial sites.
- Qualifications: Relevant trade trade test (Electrical or Plumbing) is highly advantageous.
- Driver's License: Valid South African Code 8 driver's license is compulsory.
