- To provide administrative assistance related to all Sales and Marketing activities.
- Sourcing sales, marketing and other relevant information.
- Compiling reports and providing feedback.
- Capturing of data and information.
- Develop monthly sales reports.
- Skynamo administration and all activities regarding reporting, uploading, trouble shooting, queries & training for the reps using Skynamo. Daily feedback to the Director & Sales Reps will be required.
- Shell Pipeline Manager administration and all activities regarding reporting, uploading, trouble shooting, queries & training for the reps using Pipeline Manager. Daily feedback to the Director & Sales Reps will be required.
- Facebook Page updates of all Workshop Warehouse Branches in collaboration with the company director.
- Ad hoc information gathering exercises as & when required.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12.
- Previous sales administration or administration support experience is required.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
- High level of computer literacy.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
