- Assist walk-in or call-in customers and accurately identify their product needs
- Inform customers of the product range and persuade customers to purchase products
- Educate customers on products, services, and warranties offered
- Keep up to date with market trends by analysing the market
Purpose of the Role:
Promote the product range and sell products to walk-in and call-in customers, while supporting branch sales operations.
Responsibilities:
Required Skills
- Internal Sales: 4 to 5 years
- Refrigeration: 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
- Matric
- Minimum 5 years' technical or sales industry-related experience (refrigeration)
- Refrigeration product knowledge advantageous
- Technical industry knowledge (existing networks in the industry)
- Basic business acumen (understanding how business works)
