Job SummaryThe Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing the financial operations, financial planning, risk management, reporting, and strategic financial direction of the company. The CFO plays a key leadership role in supporting business growth, profitability, compliance, and operational efficiency while ensuring sound financial governance and decision-making. Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- CA(SA), CIMA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Minimum 8–10 years’ senior financial management experience
- Previous experience in an executive or CFO role advantageous
- Strong financial planning and analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Strong leadership and people management abilities
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Strategic thinking

- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience within hospitality, tourism, lodge, or corporate environments
