    We’re Hiring: Personal Assistant

    Discovery Financial Consultants (DFC Egoli)

    Are you highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced financial environment? We’re looking for a driven Personal Assistant to support a growing financial advisory practice within Discovery Financial Consultants (DFC Egoli).

     

    Key Responsibilities

    As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations, client engagement, and business growth:

    • Lead generation through cold calling and outreach
    • Preparing and managing client quotes and proposals
    • Diary and appointment management
    • Following up with clients and prospects
    • Managing underwriting and administration processes
    • Ensuring smooth coordination of client onboarding and documentation

     

    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong communication skills (both telephonic and written)
    • Confident and professional when engaging with clients
    • Highly organised with excellent time management
    • Able to work independently and take initiative
    • Previous admin, PA, or financial services experience will be advantageous
    • Comfortable with sales support / lead generation environment
