Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Hospitality Management qualification or similar tertiary qualification preferred
• Minimum 4–6 years’ housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel or lodge environment
• At least 2–3 years in a senior supervisory or management role
• Experience within a 4-star or 5-star hospitality establishment
