Job SummaryWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design, plan, and oversee construction projects from concept through completion. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and consultants to deliver functional, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant architectural solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop architectural concepts, drawings, and technical designsPrepare detailed plans, layouts, and specifications using design softwareMeet with clients to discuss project requirements, budgets, and timelinesConduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progressCoordinate with engineers, contractors, quantity surveyors, and other consultantsEnsure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and zoning lawsPrepare project presentations and design proposalsAssist with project planning, budgeting, and schedulingReview contractor work and approve materials where requiredResolve design and construction-related issues during project executionMaintain accurate project documentation and recordsStay updated with industry trends, sustainability practices, and new technologies

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
• Professional registration with the relevant architectural body advantageous
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in architectural design and project management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software
• Strong understanding of construction methods and building regulations
• Excellent design, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• Valid driver’s licence advantageous
