Industrial Relations (IR)Manage disciplinary processes, investigations, and grievance procedures.Advise management on labour law and employee relations matters.Conduct disciplinary hearings and chair enquiries where required.Manage poor performance, absenteeism, misconduct, and incapacity cases.Ensure compliance with the Labour Relations Act and other applicable labour legislation.CCMA and Labour DisputesRepresent the company at CCMA conciliation and arbitration hearings.Prepare all documentation and evidence required for CCMA matters.Liaise with legal representatives and labour consultants where necessary.Provide guidance to management on dispute resolution and risk mitigation.Monitor and manage labour-related cases and outcomes.
Payroll ManagementOversee the full payroll function and ensure accurate and timely salary processing.Manage payroll-related statutory submissions, including PAYE, UIF, SDL, and other legislative requirements.Ensure payroll compliance with company policies and labour legislation.Reconcile payroll reports and resolve payroll queries.Manage employee benefits administration, including medical aid, provident fund, and leave management.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years' HR management experience.
Proven experience in Industrial Relations and CCMA representation.
Extensive payroll management experience.
