About The Role:

We run a property and media business out of London, and the brand is growing fast - Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, a real audience, real buyers. I'm looking for one person to own the front line of it all: the conversations.

I'll be real about what this is, because it saves us both time.

This is daily, hands-on engagement work. Replying to comments, opening DMs, reaching out to people in our audience, and qualifying prospects over WhatsApp who've come through our content.

It's repetitive by nature - some days it's a lot of the same thing, over and over. If your gut says "I'd rather be building systems or running operations," this isn't the role, and that's completely fine. 

I want someone genuinely good at the front line who wants to stay great at it. You're not working for a faceless company either. 

You're working directly with an operator who's built a real brand and a real portfolio, with 130k+ people watching. 

The person who owns our inbound conversations ends up understanding our buyers better than anyone in the business - and that's one of the most valuable seats in the place. 

Master this, and the doors it opens are real: closing, content, operations, partnerships. The front line is where you learn what actually makes this business tick.

And here's the part that makes the work itself interesting: you're talking to real people, with real money, deciding whether to trust us. So I don't want a robot copy-pasting scripts. 

I need someone who can hold a conversation, tell a time-waster from a serious buyer, warm someone up without sounding like a robot, and qualify them properly so my closer only ever speaks to the right people.

Day to Day:

• Responding to comments across IG, TikTok and Facebook 

• DM outreach to people engaging with our content 

• Qualifying inbound prospects over WhatsApp 

• Testing new angles - better openers, sharper replies

This is For You If: 

• Your English is strong and you sound natural in writing 

• You've done customer-facing or sales conversation work before 

• You actually enjoy the back-and-forth with people 

• You work independently with minimal hand-holding and reply fast 

• You're ambitious and want to grow with a brand, not just clock in and out

This is Not For You If: 

• You see front-line engagement as beneath you 

• You go quiet without being chased 

• You're applying to everything and didn't read this properly

• You're not good with people

One more thing - this is a small, fast-moving team. The core is engagement and qualification, but some weeks I'll need a hand with admin, finance chasing, or random ad hoc bits. "That's not my job" - we won't work. "Sure, send it over" - we'll get on great.

Where This Can Go:

You're coming in early on a brand that's scaling fast. Start at 30 hrs/week and move to full-time within 6 months as volume grows. Pay starts at $7/hr ($900/month at 30 hrs) - but the real upside is the performance bonuses on top

Uncapped, paid on qualified prospects and conversions. A strong month should beat your base, and pay rises as you prove out and hours scale. Get in now, get good, grow with us.

Hours: A consistent daily block - roughly 10am–3pm UK time, Mon–Sat, so you're present during our peak window.
