FLEET DATA ANALYST

BASIC SALARY: R588 221 PER ANNUM ● REF NO: CS 84/26 ● NDABENI

Requirements:   

• Grade 12 plus a relevant ICT qualification
• Two (2) to five (5) years’ relevant experience in data analytics
• SAP proficiency in Plant Maintenance (PM) and Asset Maintenance Master Register (AM) will be advantageous 
• Computer literacy in MS Office with advanced experience in Excel
• A valid driver’s licence will be advantageous
• Supervisory experience would be advantageous.

Key performance areas:  

• Coordinate, control and maintain master data for corporate fleet and plant equipment 
• Analyse and evaluate research data i.e. technical data from vehicles and SAP 
• Interpret results of information gathering to enable the branch to make informed decisions 
• Supply all statistical information requested from departments within the City of Cape Town 
• Draft analytical reports and correspondence pertaining to fleet statistics, usage and categories of vehicles etc. 
• Coordinate the SAP training for the branch 
• Supervise staff 
• Provide input into the annual budget develop fleet cost recovery pricing and systems
