✅ Proven experience in consolidations within freight forwarding or logistics
✅ Strong understanding of import/export processes and shipping documentation
✅ Experience managing teams and operational workflows
✅ Knowledge of cargo planning, groupage, and container management
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
✅ Proficiency in logistics systems and Microsoft Office
