Operational Co-OrdinatorDe Doorns, Western Cape R 25 000 - R 30 000 CTC Per MonthOur client in the Agricultural industry is looking for a Operational Co-Ordinator to join their team!

Minimum requirements:

Matric
Relevant diploma or degree in Operations, Agriculture, or a related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in an operational co-ordination or supervisory role would be beneficial
Experience within the agricultural sector will be beneficial
Experience with stock control, operational reporting, audits, compliance procedures, and health and safety systems
Ability to manage staff, schedules, and multiple operational activities
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Computer Literate
Valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow, service delivery, and team coordination
Manage stock control, asset register updates, budgeting controls, and accurate allocation of purchases
Plan, allocate, and supervise staff duties while managing attendance records and operational logistics
Ensure compliance with quality standards, health and safety requirements, audits, and operational procedures
Maintain strong client relationships and support achievement of operational targets through monitoring and reporting
