About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Warranty Sales Agent to join our team, focusing on providing exceptional service and support to clients purchasing warranty products. 

Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls in a professional manner. 
- Engage with customers to understand their warranty needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of warranty products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers. 

Requirements
- 1 - 2 years telesales/call centre experience.
- Target-driven and self motivated.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- South African ID. 

Preferred Qualifications
- Grade 12/NQF Level 4 required.
