This position involves overseeing end-to-end payroll processing and HR administration, while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance, and contributing to efficient payroll operations and effective HR support. You will manage payroll on Premier VIP, handle reconciliations, maintain employee records, and support time and attendance, reporting, and general HR processes.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should possess a solid background in payroll administration, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Proven experience on Premier VIP, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage payroll compliance, reporting, and employee queries are essential. A detail-oriented, organised, and professional approach, along with strong communication skills, will be key to success in this role.
