Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive French-speaking Sales Administrator to join their team.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the sales teamProcess quotations, sales orders, and invoicesLiaise with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and queriesCoordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processingMaintain accurate customer records and sales documentationPrepare reports, spreadsheets, and general sales-related administrationFollow up on outstanding orders and customer requestsEnsure excellent customer service and communication at all times

Minimum requirements:

Previous experience in a Sales Administrator or similar administrative role
Experience within the logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or related industry preferred
Fluent in both French and English
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
