Our client in Paarl in the building industry is a seeking a reliable and experienced Junior Site Foreman to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, managing staff, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards.

Minimum Requirements:
At least 2Â - 4 yearsâ experience in a similar role as a Site Foreman
Valid driverâs license
Police clearance certificate
Sober habits

Key Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail
