We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to guide a team of 6 developers, driving architecture, technical excellence, and delivery quality across our client’s product portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role (40–60% coding) combining system design ownership, team mentorship, and close collaboration with Product Management.

Requirements:

·        Languages: Go, Python, TypeScript

·        Cloud: Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, GKE)

·        Infrastructure: Docker, Terraform, CI/CD

·        Systems: REST/gRPC, event-driven architecture, Kafka/PubSub

·        Datastores: PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis

Key Responsibilities

·        Own end-to-end architecture for scalable, reliable distributed systems on GCP

·        Design and implement cloud-native solutions (Cloud Run, GKE, Terraform, CI/CD)

·        Define engineering standards, SLOs, and best practices across the team

·        Lead and mentor a team of 6 engineers, driving growth and accountability

·        Contribute hands-on to production systems (Go, Python, TypeScript)

·        Oversee SDLC, testing strategy, releases, and production reliability

·        Lead incident response, debugging, and postmortems

·        Partner with Product on technical feasibility, planning, and delivery trade-offs
