We are seeking a reliable and organized Dispatch Person to coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles, equipment, and personnel. The ideal candidate will ensure timely deliveries, efficient communication, and smooth operations within our logistics team.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive and process dispatch requests from clients or internal departments.
Schedule and assign vehicles, drivers, and equipment for deliveries or service calls.
Monitor and track the location of vehicles and personnel in real-time.
Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and other team members to provide updates and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, vehicle logs, and delivery statuses.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve any logistical or operational issues that arise during shifts.
Prepare and submit reports related to dispatch operations as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or dispatch experience preferred.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with dispatch software is a plus.
Valid driver’s license may be required depending on company policy.

Working Conditions:

Typically works in an office environment, with possible shifts during evenings, weekends, or holidays.
May require sitting for extended periods and occasional lifting of light objects.
