Material availability, Price negotiations, Forward exchange contracts, Maintain supplier profiles, Administrative month-end responsibilities & processing the stock count data, Assist in receive and dispatch activities when required.

Talent Management and Development:

• Personal development in high level overview of what the company is selling and business concepts.
• Ensure that all administration such as annual leave, sick leave, overtime and expense claims are completed correctly in line with company Policies.
• Complete annual staff satisfaction surveys.
• Complete annual staff performance appraisals and assessments.
• Complete and update development plans annually
• Stakeholders (Internal and External):
• Foster and improve customer relationships.
• Foster and improve internal staff relationships.
• Operational Performance:
• Upholding strict and effective SHEQ (including ISO 9001) measures within the business ensuring that staff meets the requirements of relevant legislation and company Policies in this regard at all times.
• Ensure that if there are internal or external escalations that the escalations happen as quick as possible and with all relevant information.
• Growth and Profitability:
• Ensure that all tasks performed re done within required time, accurate and as soon as possible.
