Position for planner/scheduler available part-time or permanent with consulting company Analytical Projects VDDB based in Pretoria, South Africa.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Compile programme schedules for engineering projects
- Contribute to capital cost estimates with outline schedules and scenario settings in conjunction with discipline engineers, project managers and cost estimators.
- Analyze and comment on programme schedules prepared by others

Candidate Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Fundamental understanding of scheduling principles
- Primera P6 or OPC experience
- Microsoft Project experience
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Good verbal and communication skills
- Team player
- Adaptability to different projects and clients
- Quantitative and productivity time planning
PREFERENCES
The following is not compulsory but will be useful:
- Contract administration skills
- Experience of compiling bills of quantities
- Experience of time risk analysis
