The External Sales Representative is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and driving sales growth within a defined territory. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, delivering product solutions, conducting site visits, and achieving sales and gross profit targets across a range of technical and industrial products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
• Provide product support, guidance, and tailored solutions
• Conduct customer visits, quotations, and follow-ups
• Manage sales pipeline and complete customer planning schedules
• Prepare sales reports through data collection and analysis
• Drive cold calling to expand customer base
• Conduct product demonstrations where required
• Process orders, invoicing, and assist with back-order fulfilment
• Follow up on customer quotations and outstanding orders
• Maintain accurate records using internal systems
• Achieve monthly sales and gross profit targets
• Ensure compliance with company safety and operational procedures
