About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Audi Bryanston, focusing on the sales of new vehicles. This role is centered on delivering exceptional customer experiences, understanding client needs, and effectively promoting our premium range of Audi cars.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to understand their vehicle needs.
- Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations of new Audi models to prospective buyers.
- Provide expert guidance and advice on product features, financing options, and purchase processes.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by utilizing effective sales strategies and closing techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and events.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the automotive industry, including market trends and competitor offerings.
- Process customer inquiries and follow up on leads to ensure maximum conversion rates.
- Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the automotive industry or high-value products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse customers and build rapport.
- Demonstrable customer service skills with a passion for providing an exceptional buying experience.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships effectively.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with luxury or premium brands is an advantage.
- Familiarity with automotive financing options and processes.
- Sales certifications or training in automotive sales techniques would be beneficial.
