Candidate Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) minimum
- Clear, confident English (additional SA languages a plus)
- Your own laptop/PC, headset, and stable internet (fibre or strong LTE)
- A quiet space to work from
- Available for at least 20 hours per week
- Willing to commit to shifts once booked
- Previous call centre, BPO, sales, or admin experience is a big plus
