Support pricing, promotions, and margin strategy in collaboration with the Commercial team. Contribute to annual planning and quarterly forecasting.

6. Lead, coach, and develop direct reports within the eCommerce function. Conduct monthly/quarterly check-ins with all direct reports. Ensure all direct reports have valid, up-to-date KPAs and Scorecards. Support succession planning and talent development.
