Trainer
We are looking for an experienced Trainer to deliver engaging training, develop learning content, and support employees in achieving strong performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate interactive training sessions and onboarding programmes
- Design and maintain training materials aligned to business and client needs
- Assess trainee performance and provide feedback to ensure knowledge retention
- Deliver floorwalking support and coaching to employees post-training
- Work closely with QA teams to address performance gaps and drive quality improvements
- Conduct refresher training and continuous upskilling interventions
- Manage training schedules, reporting, and stakeholder communication
Requirements
- 2–5 years’ experience in training/facilitation (BPO/Contact centre mandatory)
- Train-the-Trainer certification (required)
- Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Ability to adapt to different audiences and work flexible hours
Ideal for someone passionate about developing people, driving performance, and supporting teams both in the classroom and on the floor.
