Candidate Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an international call center (BPO) environment, virtual assistant role, or phone-based customer service.

Language Proficiency: Impeccable verbal and written English (neutral or near-native accent). For Colombian applicants: Must be completely bilingual in English and Spanish.

Availability: Must be willing and flexible to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to align with US time zones.

Work Environment: A dedicated, completely quiet home office space free from background noise (no barking dogs, roosters, traffic, or family interruptions).

Technical Hardware Requirements:

Computer: Core i5 processor (or equivalent) with at least 8GB RAM.

Headset: Professional noise-canceling USB headset with a built-in microphone. (We will pay for your headset)

Primary Internet: High-speed, reliable fiber internet (Minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload).
