We are seeking a versatile and experienced Administrative Supervisor responsible for overseeing administrative operations while also supporting basic accounting, marketing, and operational functions at our warehouse facility in Johannesburg Gauteng.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily administrative operations and office coordination
- Perform basic accounting duties including invoicing, reconciliations, budgeting, petty cash control, expense tracking, payroll and managing accounts payable / receivable
- Assist with marketing activities, customer communication, and promotional support
- Support operational processes including stock control and procurement
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems
- Supervise and support staff where necessary
- Manage supplier and customer communications
- Prepare reports, quotations, and general business documentation
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and internal controls
- Handle general office management and problem-solving tasks

Candidate Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in administration or supervisory role
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and use of software (e.g. Sage)
- Experience with spreadsheet management, especially Excel
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exposure to marketing or customer relations is an advantage
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask across departments and work independently
