A keen eye for detail is essential as you align components with utmost accuracy using callipers, rulers, and other handy tools. Any damages on machines and equipment won’t go unnoticed by you; you’ll promptly report them to keep everything in tip-top shape.

You’ll put your expertise to the test as you inspect welded surfaces and structures to uncover any flaws. Safety is your priority, so maintaining equipment in a condition that never compromises it is crucial. You’ll also ensure that machinery is effectively maintained, serviced, and stored.

Get ready to produce top-quality products with pride and precision. Keeping a high standard of housekeeping and safety will be second nature to you. Plus, you’ll be a true team player, always ready to take on any other reasonable duties requested by your manager.

We’re looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the industry (manufacturing/steel sector). Your knowledge of fabrication using radial, parallel, triangulation, and cutting planes will set you apart. A Matric and Trade Test in Boilermaking are a must!
