Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a dynamic Independent Retail Leasing Broker to join their Johannesburg team.

Responsibilities: 

• Drive new business development through cold calling, networking, and on-the-ground site visits
• Act as the key link between landlords, tenants, and co-brokers
• Manage the full leasing lifecycle—from lead generation to signed deals
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease agreements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on HubSpot CRM
• Stay ahead of Johannesburg retail trends, vacancies, and emerging hotspots
  
  

Requirements:

• 2–5 years’ experience in real estate (retail leasing in Gauteng is a strong advantage)
• Valid FFC (Fidelity Fund Certificate) or eligibility to obtain one
• A true hunter mindset—driven, independent, and results-focused
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Solid understanding of key Johannesburg retail nodes (Sandton, Rosebank, Braamfontein, etc.)
• Must have your own vehicle, laptop, and smartphone
