Motus Aftermarket Parts is searching for a Senior Manager to lead and drive the profitability, growth, and strategic direction of the Afinta business. The successful candidate will be accountable for product strategy, pricing, sales performance, expense management, and achieving overall operating profit targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• 8–10 years management experience
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience in budgeting, financial management, and operations
• Strong people leadership and negotiation skills
• Valid driver’s license

• Define and execute Afinta’s strategic direction aligned to broader business strategy
• Identify market opportunities within the commercial aftermarket
• Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and long-term sustainability

• Oversee full business operations across branches
• Deliver on sales, gross profit, and operating profit targets
• Improve productivity, branch performance, and customer experience
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures

Financial & Commercial Management

• Develop and manage budgets (sales, margin, expenses)
