Freelance Facilitator (Local to Kimberley) Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license essential

What are we looking for?

Raizcorp is seeking a skilled, experienced adult learning facilitator to join us as in independent contractor. The role involves both facilitation and administrative duties related to the delivery of learning courses in and around the Kimberley / Northern Cape / Free State areas. All courses you will be facilitating focus on entrepreneurship, and prior experience or understanding of business ownership would be a valuable advantage. You may also be required to travel to Johannesburg for training and learning handovers. At Raizcorp, we are obsessed with the quality of our learning facilitation and its impact on audiences, and we’re looking for someone who shares this commitment.

What does this role involve?

The core of the role is delivering learning content to adult audiences, all of whom are entrepreneurs in their own businesses. You’ll be facilitating courses focused on business and entrepreneurship. 

What experience is preferred?

We are looking for candidates with:

• Previous experience in adult education facilitation.
• Experience with in-person classroom facilitation as well as online/digital facilitation.
• Strong administrative skills, as learning compliance and administration are essential to the role.
• The ability to adapt to different learning environments, as Raizcorp uses a blended learning approach.
• The ability to travel between sites as needed.

Minimum requirements

• Matric and a formal qualification in adult facilitation.
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence essential
• At least 5+ years’ experience in blended facilitation.
• Strong administrative ability.
• Experience in learning set-up, delivery, and compliance.
• Strong English language skills, with local language proficiency a plus.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite and Skype).
• A proactive, can-do attitude with plenty of energy.
