Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound sales inquiries and build strong customer relationships
• Administer all customer orders from start to completion
• Guide customers on suitable products and provide tailored quotations
• Answer customers questions regarding prices, availability and product uses
• Follow up with customers that have been quoted to prompt a sale
• Collaborate with operations and external sales consultants to fulfil client needs
• Drive growth from within while maintaining excellent customer service
• Keep records up to date with regular reporting
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge
