We are a busy and fast-growing logistics company seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator with a strong administrative background and basic financial experience to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while supporting financial and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
· General office administration and support
· Answering calls, emails, and managing correspondence
· Capturing invoices, quotations, and purchase orders
· Assisting with debtors, creditors, and basic bookkeeping
· Filing, record keeping, and document management
· Coordinating with drivers, suppliers, and clients
· Maintaining spreadsheets and reports
· Supporting management with daily operational tasks
Required Skills
- Microsoft Suites
- 5 Years +
Candidate Requirements
Requirements
· Previous experience in office administration
· Financial/admin background advantageous
· Knowledge of invoicing, reconciliations, and basic accounting processes
· Strong computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel)
· Good communication and organisational skills
· Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
· Experience in the logistics or transport industry will be beneficial
