This role sits at the heart of the delivery team, working closely with clients and internal teams to keep projects on track, manage expectations, and proactively address risks or challenges. It’s about creating clarity, driving accountability, and making sure everyone is aligned on what success looks like.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivery Ownership
- Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects
- Ensure delivery aligns with agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards
- Drive delivery predictability, ensuring commitments are met consistently
- Provide clear visibility of delivery health to stakeholders (internal and clients)
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on delivery matters
- Manage stakeholder expectations through regular, clear communication
- Facilitate governance forums (e.g., project status meetings, SteerCos)
- Drive alignment between business and technical stakeholders
- Ensure ongoing client satisfaction and feedback loops (e.g., sprint feedback)
3. Delivery Governance & Reporting
- Own and maintain all key delivery artefacts (status reports, RAID logs, plans)
- Provide structured reporting on project health, risks, progress, and outcomes
- Ensure adherence to internal delivery standards and governance processes
- Escalate risks and issues appropriately to the Delivery Lead
- Monitor project budgets, burn rates, and financial performance
- Ensure delivery remains within agreed commercial constraints
- Support accurate billing through effective time tracking and project oversight
- Identify and proactively manage risks to revenue or margin
5. Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
- Identify, categorize, and manage risks (technical, operational, financial, strategic)
- Maintain and actively manage RAID logs
- Drive mitigation plans and ensure accountability for resolution
- Proactively remove impediments impacting delivery
6. Scope & Change Management
- Ensure delivery remains aligned to agreed scope and objectives
- Identify and manage change requests in line with governance processes
- Prevent scope creep through proactive stakeholder engagement
- Support commercial discussions related to scope changes
7. Resource & Team Leadership
- Plan and manage resources across assigned projects
- Contribute to company-wide resource planning initiatives
- Provide leadership and support to delivery team members
- Conduct regular 1:1s and contribute to performance management
- Ensure adherence to team standards (e.g., time logging, communication, delivery hygiene)
8. Agile Delivery & Continuous Improvement
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement)
- Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, tools, and team effectiveness
9. Tools & Delivery Hygiene
- Ensure accurate and consistent use of delivery tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
- Maintain high-quality backlog and work item tracking
- Ensure project data integrity to support reporting and decision-making
Requirements:
1.Experience
- 3–6 years’ experience in delivery, project management, or agile roles
- Proven experience managing client-facing delivery in a consulting or professional services environment
- Experience delivering software or CRM (preferably Dynamics 365) projects
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
2.Skills & Competencies
- Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge and practical application
- Excellent stakeholder and client engagement skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) across all levels
- Solid understanding of project financials and commercial drivers
- Strong problem-solving and risk management capability
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
3.Technical & Tools
- Experience using Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for delivery tracking
- High-level understanding of software development and system implementation
