Employer: Persona Staff

Our client based in the Northern Suburbs is looking for an IT Support Technician to join their team.

REQUIREMENTS

Matric.
A+ and N+ certification or relevant tertiary qualification.
1-3 years experience in similar role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Basic end user enquiries (Keyboards not working, Printers not printing, Internet not working, Outlook mails, etc.)
Setup and maintenance of Camera network.
Setup and maintenance of LAN and WIFI network.
Setup and maintenance OF Microsoft licenses and accounts.
Setup and maintenance of laptops/desktop devices/Phones/Printers. Which includes the setup of:
- Microsoft Account
- Domain Email Account
- Domain Network User
- Email on Outlook
Assigning Static IP's for devices.
Remote Desktop Access to Servers.
VPN Access.
Printer setups + Scanning.
Installing of software like FTP Utility for scans, pdf viewer etc.
Forwarding requests for approval and ordering parts if approved.
Responsible for IT Stock and the distribution of it.
