Remote Sales Trainer - Life Insurance Industry

We're looking for a full-time Remote Sales Trainer to help develop and sharpen new life insurance agents through daily role play, objection handling, and script practice.

This is a fully virtual role where you will work directly with agents inside Zoom meetings to help improve confidence, communication, and closing ability.

You do NOT need to create scripts. We will provide the sales process, scripts, and structure. Your role is to coach, role play, correct mistakes, and help agents improve through repetition and accountability.

Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct 1-on-1 Zoom role play sessions with agents
✅ Help agents practice scripts & objection handling
✅ Coach communication skills and confidence
✅ Stay available online during scheduled shifts
✅ Work inside our virtual remote sales environment
✅ Assist new agents throughout onboarding & training

Most role play sessions will be:
• 30 minutes long
• Pre-booked on your calendar
• Conducted virtually through Zoom, Only voice needed

On average, trainers may handle approximately 10-16 meetings daily.

Schedule:

🕘 9AM-6PM Pacific Standard Time
Monday to Saturday. 6 Days a week
📍 Fully Remote

Compensation:

💰 $20-$30 USD per day worked with scheduled meetings

• Strong communicator
• Comfortable teaching & coaching others
• Patient but high energy
• Sales experience preferred
• Comfortable on camera & Zoom
• Reliable internet & workspace
• Able to work full 8 hour shifts remotely
