Our client a medium-sized export fruit farm and packhouse near Stellenbosch is seeking a professional who can attend to all the Administrative and Financial requirements of the farm and packhouse office.

The ideal candidate will:
Be highly motivated, a self-starter and bilingual in English and Afrikaans;
Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Word, and Pastel;
Processing and Reconciliation of Debtors and Creditors Invoices.
Banking and Bank Reconciliation.
Possess a financial background and be able to submit all UIF, PAYE, VAT and SARS returns timeously by way of eFiling;
Compilation of farm and packhouse wages and be familiar with Payroll Software.
Be familiar with GlobalGAP / FSMA / LEAF /BRCGS and SIZA implementation.
Compiling all relevant documentation for Growers and Clients.
Will ideally be familiar with Vitrax or other packhouse production Software.
Be familiar with Grower income reconciliation.
Ad Hoc Adminstrative duties such as Tenant Administration, calculation and allocation of Eskom accounts.
Excellent people skills, high attention to detail and deadline driven.
