Employer: M3 Human Capital Management
This position will be based in Gauteng.
This role is suited to a professional with strong judgement, analytical and problem-solving ability, a governance and compliance mindset, and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include: *Oversee and quality assure all HC operational activities, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, employee lifecycle management, and HR systems *Ensure compliance with labour legislation, company policies, governance frameworks, and BBBEE requirements *Act as the first point of escalation for HC operational matters and support line managers with informed HR guidance *Drive consistency, accuracy, and service delivery across multiple business units and geographies *Coach and develop HC staff to strengthen capability and operational effectiveness *Support internal, statutory, and BBBEE audits by maintaining accurate records and closing audit findings *Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HC efficiency and governance *Promote a culture of compliance, continuous improvement, and adherence to SHEQ standards.
Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Capital, Industrial Psychology, or related field;
• 5–7 years’ experience across multiple HC operational areas;
• Strong knowledge of labour legislation, governance, compliance, and audit processes;
• Experience in coaching, supervision, and stakeholder management;
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between premises.
