Khana Properties is looking for a detail-oriented, driven, and reliable Bookkeeper / Junior Accountant to join our growing team and support the financial operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Process sales invoices, purchase orders, and supplier invoices
• Perform bank and creditor reconciliations
• Assist with VAT calculations and submissions
• Administer PAYE, UIF, and payroll-related functions
• Capture and maintain accurate financial records on Sage Accounting and Sage Payroll
• Assist with month-end accounting procedures and reporting
• Reconcile supplier statements and prepare payment schedules
• Maintain filing and supporting documentation for financial transactions
• Provide general accounting and administrative support to the finance department
