Candidate Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in fruit farming.
- Prefer candidates between the ages of 30 and 50 years.
- You must be able to work indepently and must be very motivated.
- You must be a strong leader to manage worker teams and have good communication skills.
- You must be competent to work with a computer and to manage systems like Irricheck, Motorola Irrigation and MB4000 spray programme.
- You must be capable in admin and record keeping of systems for GlobalGAP, SIZA and Tesco Nurture.
- You must be able to compile an annual budget.
- You must have extensive experience with spray programmes and calibrations.
- You are responsible for running a portion of a tourism business on the farm.
